Where to begin! Lovely helpful owner, Efi. Excellent excellent central location on a quiet side street in a charming neighborhood. Close to a 24/7 shop and supermarket. Close to the port, bus station, and main square. Clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Would love to stay again. Easy to pick up / drop off the entrance key too. Everything necessary in the kitchen. No microwave or clothes washer however.
It's on the first floor with a door directly to the street so anyone walking by or talking comes straight into the room. The room is a bit small, not cramped but no extra space. Also, only one door+window so it was hard to get fresh air into the room without leaving the door completely open. The AC helped to keep cool but the air got stuffy at night

Fijn appartement, rustig gelegen, op 10 minuten loopafstand van de binnenstad.

Easy location to the centre of Heraklion - with the restaurants, harbour and general centre easy to get to and walk around.
Very very difficult to find - Google Maps and details - all in Greek - struggled to get hold of the manager/owner - narrow streets and no one really helped.
