The location was excellent, particularly for shopping and access to good food in the Beijing Road area. It was really easy to get to all the restaurants we wanted to, and Dafo Temple is also nearby. Beds are comfortable and water and tea replenished daily. Very convenient for the metro as well although we mostly used Didi to get everywhere.
The lifts could be very slow and crowded. On arrival we felt housekeeping could have been more thorough with the cleaning, but it got better over the time we were there. A clothes airer inside the apartment would have been nice, but we had fun hanging our clothes outside the window on the provided rail like a true local.

The room is spacious and clean
The bathroom door is transparent! We stayed with another couple so that was really awkward.

I like the location, it’s great with shopping mall next to it and lots it things to see around. Bus and train stations located next to it. When I made a request Is was considered and actionned straight away. Staff were friendly and helpful.
My charger burned due to the power socket. and they did not give me a replacement charger. I had to buy a new one. I requested a change of room because the aircon was leaking and we woke up with a room with plenty of water. I didn’t move hotel because I was with kids and a lot of luggage. The Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned every day. I had to request for the room to be thoroughly cleaned.
