We stayed here for a conference at GYICC. The conference venue was 20 mins away, and this is also about 10 mins from the nearest subway station. The place was excellent well maintained, with everyday cleaning facility. We took the apartment because we wanted a comfy place and wanted to make our own food. The place had a couple of comfortable beds on the top-floor of the duplex apartment. It had a great induction cooktop + microwave+kettle. Compared to many equivalent places I have stayed in other countries, this was great for the price. We had a small issue with a cooktop, we reported it, and it was taken care of within a few hours. Great service! The place also has a washer-dryer machine, which is just great for those who want to clean their own clothes before heading back.

The prime issue - as reported by others - is the near absolute lack of utensils. Except for a 2-3 coffee mugs, nothing else is available. This is made clear by the hosts. We took our vessels since we were made aware, so we could manage. The lighting could be improved near the kitchen area. There is also another small issue. My colleague was 6.5 feet, he had minor issues with the height of the ceiling - it was ok, but he had to be careful, near the kitchen especially (the kitchen cabinets were a bit low for him, he couldn't see the sink!).

The location and the apartment were very nice. The staff took excellent care of me and my family.

The kitchen could have some utensils, other than that it was perfect.
