The room is spacious with nice interior, fully equipped with all the furniture and personal care items a traveler needs. The neighborhood is cozy with sufficient choices of food and convenient stores. The staff is helpful and honest. I actually left my wallet and passport the last day when i checked out, and only realized when I reach airport. I called the staff, and the staff immediately went checking for me, and found it. Everything in my wallet and passport were not missing. I really appreciate their help and their honesty.

Not really a big dislike, just the distance from MRT is slightly far, but still bearable. Only 2 lifts to the high floors, and it may take longer time during peak hour.

The property is centrally located. Therefore travelling to various areas in china was really easy and practical.

On arrival on the first day, there was no one to guide us to the Property's Reception. This property is located inside a Residential Building that is not completely managed by them. Their Reception is located inside an apartment on the 12th Floor and the guards on the Ground Floor have no clue whom to direct where. Also, it being a serviced apartment, they need to provide kitchenware, utensils & cutlery for people to warm/prepare their meals. On asking for it, there was hardly any assistance given.
