Prachtig appartement met een moderne inrichting in een historisch kader. Erg mooi. De host was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam waar nodig. Top!

Perfect location with easy and free parking. Wonderful, well thought out and superbly equipped apartment. One of the best we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Friendly and helpful host

Nothing could have better.

This large apartment is plenty for two people. Located on a second floor with easy interior stairway access. Located on beautiful courtyard grounds, in a quiet space. This is an historic old building, totally renovated inside to modern standards. There is a big full kitchen (which we did not use) and a very good clothes washing machine with a drying rack. There are large windows with darkening curtains. The apartment is simple and beautifully kept. The location is so private and quiet you feel that you might be in the outskirts of town, but within 1 minute of leaving your room, you walk through a private rear gate right into the heart of old-town Aosta... lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. It's a perfect location. Finding parking for your car in this pedestrian-only area is very difficult, but the private gated parking lot, with electric opener, is wonderful. With our car we used our days traveling about the Aosta Valley... the nearby castles and the Alps are beautiful. We spent our evenings in Aosta. Side note: Sant'Anselmo, for whom the apartment is named, was born in the part of the building that is now this apartment.

I found the bedding (sheets and pillow cases) to be coarse... I prefer bedding with a cooler, smoother feel... but that's just my opinion.

Werkelijk een prachtige plek. De ligging is fantastisch, midden in het centrum maar toch zeer rustig. Het appartement ademt historie maar is zeer modern gerenoveerd. Je merkt dat er aan alles is gedacht: keuken zeer compleet, luxe beddengoed. Super uitvalbasis voor wandelingen in het Gran Paradiso of het verkennen van de mooie stad Aosta. Daarbij is Allessandra een super host, zeer enthousiast en goed bereikbaar tijdens het verblijf. Al met al 10 out of 10.
