PLAYA SAN JUAN Perfect Stay by Sunkeyrents

Very good location, right on the promenade. Sun trap at the entrance, with a little space to sit, if I wanted to catch some sun. Good walks in each direction along the coast. Great choice of restaurants in the town.

Water in pool was cold (December), as the sun only reaches it in the afternoon. I wonder if pools in Tenerife should have some black tiles, rather than white and blue, to capture UV from the sun (not absorbed by water) and re-emit it as infrared that would be absorbed and heat the water. I assume that it gets better as the sun gets higher, later in the year, and there is longer to warm the water. I shall find out in March when I go again.

Betten etwas einfach,kein Doppelbett,keine Decke, die der Temperatur entsprach,die Decke war viel zu warm…keine Spülmaschine,keine Vorhänge..keine Kaffeemaschine .. unfreundlicher Mann kommt morgens und meckert auf Spanisch rum,man dürfte nicht vor dem Haus sitzen,das hat uns sehr irritiert und das finde ich geht gar nicht. Das sollte der Vermieter mit den anderen Bewohnern klären und dann eine Information an seine Mieter weitergeben.das ist nicht die Sache der Mieter und ich habe keine Lust mich mit jemand im Urlaub rumzuärgern,das ist im Grunde die einzige Terrasse,die Sonne hat,deshalb wäre es wichtig,das Thema zu klären

Apartamento muy espacioso, la ubicación muy buena, a pie de paseo marítimo y cerca del puerto y la playa. Muy tranquilo.

Todo bien. Lo único es el aparcamiento que a veces es complicado encontrar para aparcar pero eso no es cosa del apartamento. Además, salvo para hacer excursiones no te hace falta mover el coche.

Clean, modern, spacious & very nice in a great location.

No TV in living area - only a small one in one of the bedrooms and all single cheap beds in all bedrooms.
