Super Lage Schönes Bad Auch die Küche (haben wir aber noch benutzt)

- The single best feature of this apartment is the balcony. Ocean sunset views to price ratio is unbeatable. - Location is great. First, Playa San Juan is a calm town that has everything one needs. Second, the apartment is located within reach to everything. An ice cream shop, cafes and restaurants, a children playground, the promenade are literally 1 minute away. - The apartment is newly renovated and has everything that’s needed for short or long stay. - The communication with the hosts was easy and responsive. We had an unexpectedly late arrival and Mayte welcomed us well into the night. - The accommodation has an assigned parking in an underground garage just a block away. It was a great benefit as we did not need to circle around looking for parking spaces.

- There was construction going on next door. I must stress I don’t count it as a drawback because I had enquired about that beforehand and the owner confirmed. It was noticeable during working hours but did not bother us since we spent most of the time soaking in the sun outdoors. - The sound insultation is quite poor, in particular through the door to the staircase. We could clearly hear neighbours coming and going. - There was no availability of a second blanket which we then sourced ourselves. Now there is. - The washing machine had a smell / traces of mold so we did not use it. But there are several self service washing facilities around. - The bed is on the hard side but it boils down to preference. I got used to it.
