Sol y Malaga - Designer Duplex con Terraza y Parking

Ein wunderschönes Apartment, das mit sehr viel Stil und Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Die Betten in den zwei geräumigen und einfallsreich gestalteten Schlafzimmern sind sehr bequem. Im Apartment und in der Küche fehlt an nichts und alles ist blitzsauber. Besondere Highlights sind die große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Festung, die Chillout-Area in der oberen Etage und die Tiefgarage direkt im Haus. In die Altstadt ist es nur ein kleiner Spaziergang - nach 10 min erreicht man die Plaza Merced mit vielen schönen Restaurants. Das Viertel ist sicher und gepflegt. Und vor allem ist Carmen eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns einen herzlichen Empfang bereitet und viele Restauranttipps gegeben hat. Danke für die tolle Zeit - wir kommen sicher wieder.

Een prachtige appartement op een mooie afstand van het centrum. Alles was echt top, schoon en comfortabel. De communicatie was ook snel en liefdevol. We komen zeker een keer terug. Dankjewel!

- The location is nice — a bit farther from the old town but still easily accessible with a short walk. - Parking is available in the garage. - The kitchen is very well equipped - plenty of coffee pods, salt, pepper, olive oil, lots of glasses, plates, and everything you might need. - The host is very friendly, responsive, and helpful. - The terrace is nice and nicely decorated, but the furniture is not comfortable.

- The apartment is in an old building; it’s not renovated, just refreshed with new paint and furniture. - The apartment is located above the main building entrance, so every time someone uses the door, you can hear a loud banging noise. - The kitchen windows face the street and are very thin, so it feels like you’re right on the street when cars pass by. - I paid €210 per night, and I don’t think it’s worth the price. - I had a problem with the hot water during the first 16 hours and was unable to shower; it seems like a recurring issue based on previous comments. - The terrace furniture is not comfortable.
