Great location and really good value for money during peak summer time. The staff at the reception were lovely, helpful and informative, making the check in process very easy. Washing machine was great after the hot summer days for our dirty clothes (and they included washing detergent as well!)
The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Also lacked some basic facilities like hand soap.

The people at the office were very lovey and the apartment was well appointed. We had a small problem with the heater and they came immediately and offered us a lovely bottle of wine.
The apartment smelled very strongly like a moldy basement. There was a nescafe coffee maker but no coffee or tea for the morning. Also no moka coffee maker. The agency needed the tourist tax in advance so we had to go significantly out of our way to pay before check in (in the dark and rain by foot). Also, booking says that customers should never make payments to private business via outside links, but the management company asked me to register and pay the tax via a very sketchy looking link.
