We had a wonderful stay in this lovely loft apartment right within the historic town walls of Lamego. It had everything we needed for a nice relaxing stay and a great base for us to explore the surrounding area. Comfortable bed, nice powerful shower, aircon to keep us cool during the heatwave and hassle free arrival with keys contained in a lockbox. Host also contactable easily if needed.
It wasn't a problem for us, but the stairway to the apartment is quiet steep so if you have any mobility issues it would be a problem. Parking is also not always the easiest, paid parking on the streets below, we mostly parked by the castle which had some limited free spaces but you need to be comfortable driving on very narrow streets to avail of these!

Comfortable apartment within easy walking distance of restaurants, grocery store, and the impressive Lamego cathedral. It was easy to find street parking (which was free on the weekend). Good base from which to explore the region.
Kitchen didn’t have many dishes (no plates or bowls)

A falta de limpeza. Microondas com restos de comida, frigorifico sujo, sanita e bidé sujo. Chão sujo. Uma das camas não nos podiamos mexer por causa do barulho. Tenho a sensação que só mudaram as camas após outros hóspedes.
