Cozy , luxurious, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was awesome and so much tasty

WiFi not working only smart TV was playing on net but sometimes control by others , no hot water available as claimed, you need to request for hot water and then wait for hours

Breakfast was from Second Cup, excellent. Location is close to Nathiagali bazaar. Staff is very cooperative.

Our room had construction going on outside the window so that was a problem for opening the windows and labour going around outside. But that hotel is being constructed too fast so that won’t be a problem later on. The staff however changed our room later on.

Rooms were clean and comfortable

Washrooms were good but we faced several issues such as water wasn’t available for sometime, mattresses were very dirty but bed sheets were clean.

The ease of access and location of the hotel was on the main road just at the start of the town. The view from the balcony was really good. Complementary mattresses were given for kids (1 per room) TV had Netflix so kids were able to watch cartoons of their choice Hot water running in taps and shower

We checked into a room with broken toilet seat and faulty bidet, and flimsy washbasin tap. Upon complaining, the staff tried to fix the bidet and when I insisted that it should be changed, they replaced it with a bidet from another room. During the replacement job, the rubber gasket fell into the toilet seat so the staff brought a glove, plunged his hand in the toilet seat and picked up the gasket for putting it back on the bidet. He used that same toilet water hand without washing so after he left I had to hose down the entire toilet to make it useable for my family. The electricity kept on failing and backup power generator did not start automatically instead it had to be turned on manually so there was a minute of delay in between everytime (happened at least 10 12 times). One of rooms on a lower floor had poor ventilation and there was a certain smell in the room. Upon complaining, the staff brought us an air freshener and told him its rainy season so you can expect some humidity and moisture which leads to such smell in closed environment. We asked to change the room but we were informed the hotel is fully booked. The next morning, we went to the lounge in Second Cup coffee shop for the breakfast and waited 1.5 hours to be served (not all at once but in batches). We had to wait for another 30 minutes for tea and coffee. Few people who came after us were served earlier. We realized the cash paying customers were prioritized over complementary breakfast (which is already included in room rent).
