    We had a wonderful stay at The Cloud Resorts and would give it 5 stars overall. The manager, staff, and housekeeping team were all extremely courteous, polite, and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. The only concern is that the external stairs may be a little risky for families travelling with toddlers, so extra care and supervision are needed. Improving safety around the stairs would make the resort even more family-friendly. Apart from this minor concern, everything was excellent. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily recommend The Cloud Resorts to others.

    Staff is so cooperative, they upgrade us without any cost when we informed them that we didn't like our room.. room ans washroom were clean , views are awesome . I will repeat myself their staff was cordial , cooperative .

    Cleanliness was by far the most pressing issue during our stay. Within just ten minutes of entering the room, my skin began to itch. The bathroom tiles were covered in visible mold and algae, and hot water was restricted strictly to the sink. Although the resort was likely in great condition when it first opened around 2022 or 2023(Hum ne bhe Rehan Babar ke reel dekhe the), its current state is thoroughly disappointing. Even the Presidential Suite lacked basic hygiene, which raises serious concerns about the condition of the standard rooms. Furthermore, the bathroom window faced the jungle, leaving us with little privacy from the monkeys outside. ​While the staff members were polite and cooperative, they clearly need formal training in housekeeping and routine maintenance. Every room, especially the mattresses and bedsheets requires deep cleaning and thorough disinfection. Full Dettol lagay wala he . (It is also worth noting that Cloud Resort and Cloud Express are the exact same property, despite the different names.) ​Ultimately, if you are traveling on a strict budget with a group of friends (gareeb larkaay dost) and do not mind compromised hygiene, the complimentary English breakfast might make it worthwhile. However, families should certainly look elsewhere, unless they plan on packing anti-allergy medication. Attached photos are provided as proof.
