    Our experience at bwp was really good, staff was super co-operative, we had breakfast,lunch and dinner there too,taste was soo good. We requested for late checkout they co-operate with us very kindly.. our experience at bwp was overall very good and enjoyable..!!

    The staff were incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful, especially with my elderly parents. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. You’d expect this level of service from a luxury hotel, but Best Western truly delivered. Couldn’t fault our stay!

    I checked in late at night and was extremely tired. In the room, I found hairs in the bathroom and the kettle was leaking. After about an hour, I developed severe itching and had a very uncomfortable night. I contacted reception and explained all the issues, including the cleanliness, itching and leaking kettle, and I was moved to another room. However, the overall experience had already been very upsetting. The biggest disappointment was the lack of follow-up. I provided my email address and phone number and was told that the Front Office Manager would contact me. I also emailed myself, but received no response. Mr Banday, as the General Manager, I would genuinely ask you to look into how guest complaints are being handled. Problems can happen in any hotel, but what matters is how the hotel responds afterwards. A guest should not leave with serious concerns and feel that nobody cares enough to follow up. I travel frequently, and this was not the level of hospitality I expected.

    Have to call multiple times to housekeeping to clean the room despite calling they don’t clean the room and they only give two water bottles are there and you asked for more? They charge you whereas you have booked our executive room kindly improve the housekeeping behaviour and improve the cleaning of the rooms have to call multiple times to clean the room highly disappointed.
