Hands down one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed! The host was most gracious and I loved everything about staying in this beautiful Beverly Hills property.

The location was exceptional as all the reviews have highlighted. The shower was good,too..

The carpets near the bed were deeply soiled and disgusting. The bed was a sofa shape with a mattress and the bedclothes and cover looked old and stale and uninviting. You sleep sideways to the open end and it slopes from back to front. Some roof lights were out, so the apartment was dim. The fridge is small. The apartment is not Deluxe as described. The toilet did not work effectively at night. The host was abroad and her assistant had limited authority to deal with our concerns and our immediate request to move rooms if possible. He did, however, provide us with fresh sheets and a bed cover when we requested theses, which did enable us to sleep on top of the bed over the existing cover and sleep at least. The room was obviously a living room which the host uses as a bedroom. We had an argument with the host about moving rooms .We were told that we could not be moved because they were fully booked. However, we discovered they were advertising rooms on the website. We then had an argument about the additional sum to be paid when the difference in the price as advertised was negligible compared to the price we had already paid and we offered €100 extra for the last 2 nights but the host required €200 underr her policy which we were never given sight of, and because of the cost of cleaning, which was never specified, so we remained in the room we had booked. The room was extremely disappointing as was the service we received..

Location was prime & street parking easy and always available. Host was very responsive and had great recommendations on what to do in LA. Property was as described and we would absolutely stay here again. Price can’t be beat! We were originally worried as the booking was non-refundable, but we are very glad we booked this accommodation.

It was a perfect getaway from a busy city life

The absolute sheer beauty of this home/location is outstanding. It’s about a 10 min drive to get anywhere, and its quiet location is very calming and relaxing. The property owner was super communicative and very respectful, and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Plus, the outside patio comes with a VERY loving orange cat, which is a huge perk for us ❤️ 12/10 experience, and saved this property so we can stay again in the future!

Beautiful stay for our mother/daughter getaway

Lovely stay in the hills - the space is beautiful and exactly as described. There’s free street parking (very safe) and host is responsive. We also loved the keyless entry. This was a mother/daughter giveaway to pick out a wedding dress and this place really made the experience great for us!

While breakfast wasn't included, the location was superb nestled in the hills on a very elegant neighborhood. An outstanding hostess went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Love the place!

A nice Spanish style villa in the hills. The place is cozy & quiet hidden in the green garden. You will have a TV with free movies, lots of mirrors in the hallway and interesting old books to explore... and the best neighborhood out there. :))

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this guesthouse and we're happy to report that it was an absolutely delightful experience. The location of the house was perfect. It was in a quiet area that provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring, yet it was easy to find and conveniently located to various attractions. The beds at the guesthouse were extremely comfortable. After a long day, it was always a treat to come back to such cozy and welcoming accommodations. The quality of the sleep we had was top-notch due to the comfort provided. The standout feature, however, was the hostess herself. She was incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Her hospitality added a personal touch that truly made the experience more enjoyable. We highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting the area. It truly exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning in the future.

Horrible.

Nothing.

I have sent a lengthy complaint to booking.com. The place was dirty, debris left from previous guest. Safety concerns about front door handle coming off in your hand. Catch scratched and dirty furniture. A large painting of man with his genitals showing in the room. Air quality suspect when heat cycled on. Lighting was dim. Would not have stayed the first night it was so bad but we came late and left first thing. The part of the house we saw and stayed in was a shabby home masquerading as a b and b.
