The Cabin Project

Great cabin with all the basic amenities and a good space. As I was staying on my own would have liked a small tv. Would benefit from outside lighting for coming back at night- even solar lights would help. Some things a little worn but this can happen anywhere. Enjoyed my stay.

As I said no tv and outside lights

Very quiet location, we were driving to various places so the location was really good for access to Derry, giants causeway and a few other places we had planned to visit. The fire was nice and the heating kept the place warm. The bed was extremely comfortable! And there were plenty of games/ DVDs to keep us entertained on the cold evenings

It could do with a bit of TLC. I'd probably suggest taking the door off the toilet and putting in a thick curtain, would be more private/ easier to close.

The cabin is super cozy. We love the stove ( the logs and wood prepared is a good point), the vinyl record player ( turntable) with Christmas Carols for these days, and the rural location. Besides, the projector and movies, as well as the board games were top highlights. We spent two nights and it has been so refreshing... I hope we come back one day.

If the stove and heaters are off is quite cold. When arriving the cabin was freezing but it took us one hour to heat it up.

Spacious and warm. Had a lovely log burner. Lovely peaceful location. Complimentary bottle of red wine was a nice touch.

Although facilities in the bathroom were excellent, the fact that it was not a proper room with a door really let it down. No TV or hairdryer. As we arrived late it would have been nice to have a few basic supplies, ie. milk, bread, butter. Lots of cobwebs on the windows. The bed broke.
