The location was peaceful, relaxing, and quiet. The views of the Gulf were spectacular.
General maintenance, wear and tear on some furnishing. The balcony furniture needs to be replaced, as it is old and worn.

It was a well laid out property and the view was phenomenal
It was highly misrepresented on the Booking site. It was dirty when we arrived. The property had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. Floors were dirty, same with the sink and bathtub. Grime on appliances and silverware. We completely cleaned the entire silverware drawer. Our cleaning fee was returned to us by Kim, which I appreciate. I feel the property needs a top to bottom clean and refresh. Also the door locks on the front door were very loose and not secure. And there was some sort of black vinyl attached to the window over the sink that was completely unsightly
