We met here with family from Illinois, Georgia and Maryland. The condo, grounds, and amenities were just right for us. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon, playing pickle ball, tennis, and swimming in the beautiful pool! The views and sunsets were outstanding, and the local restaurants were top notch! The location of Hudson was just right as well. It was within an hour for us to visit the manatees, Clearwater area beaches, Honeymoon Island, and Tampa airport. Five stars!

Full disclosure- We did not notify the contact, to advise of any issues w the condo. We had a tight schedule and didn't want to wait for maintenance or have people in while we were out.That being said- there are a lot of issues with the condo itself.Mold/Mildew-All the air registers, the backsides of the blinds that face the outside walkway in the kitchen and queen room.The beverage fridge (which doesn't work) The grout in both bathrooms.Bathrooms-both showers the shower head is coming out of the wall. The queen shower has drainage issues. The closet door doesn't close.Missing outlet covers in living room and bedroom. (Glad we didn't have small children this trip)Major issue with the front door lock, as have been noted on previous reviews I have read on VRBO and in the comment book inside the condo.Kitchen needs a new skillet (flaking non stick coating) and large trash can-not a bathroom size can. 3 coffee mugs.Queen bed-very low-hard to get up Dryer vent hadn't been cleaned in a while.Pool and views are great!
