Nice condo overlooking the gulf. Great facilities- pool, clubhouse and fitness centre. Kim was an excellent host.

This is the 3rd year we've stayed in this apartment block and the view from the balcony is amazing. The accommodation is everything you would want, clean, spacious, well-equipped and welcoming. The other residents in the block are very friendly. Parking is easy. The Nature Reserve linked to the accommodation is a lovely stroll with an abundance of wildlife. You will probably see dolphins during your stay and will definitely see pelicans!
We would recommend doing the kayak trip on the Crystal River at Weeki Wachee.

Struggling with this review. Unit was cute and modern with updates. But some things were cheaped out … specifically bedding, minimal dishes in kitchen (only 2 cereal bowls), trash can liners that disintegrated, no toiletries especially soap in bath, and minimalistic furniture in the living room. Past negative reviews have addressed the inability to see over the solid concrete wall on the patio … this is a very typical Florida condo thing. I also stayed at a very high end golf resort in Palm Harbor and same thing with those patios. My main issue was the noise. The walls seem paper thin. I could tell specifically what songs/bands were playing in the unit next door … and I could hear their conversations clearly. They were not being overly loud. They just liked staying up until midnight and I prefer going to bed at 10 pm. So I was kept awake late. Sunsets were amazing and the views from this unit are amazing!!
