Disappointing for the price

Views are amazing

- Hot tub was disgusting skin cells and hair everywhere on sides of tub. Hot tub needs a DEEP clean. - Wasps out in the patio. Impossible to eat outside they swarm on you immediately. Need exterminator to get their nest out. -ants in home -smell of the home horrendous had to open all windows for a good while
