Selworthy - Luxury 3 Bedroom Apartment

Could not find fault with this stunning property. We had such a lovely multiple generational family trip. Beautifully decorated, will be stealing some ideas from here! Amazing outdoor space too, garden seating and BBQ.

Stunning apartment. Clean and well equipped. Great outdoor space. Location was perfect for us as attending athletics comp at Yeovil track just 5 mins away. Actually most stuff was only 5 mins away! Easy to park and plenty of space. Great communication from host. Would happily have stayed for longer, didn't want to leave!

An amazing apartment near the heart of Yeovil and really well placed for trips out to the coast. The place itself is very spacious and well equipped with big bedrooms, a really large living room and even a large patio garden area with seating. The furnishings are great making it feel like you are staying in a stately home! Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean with everything you'd need for a short stay. There are three toilets, one of which is an en suite which wasn't overly clear when booking so a nice surprise.

The baking tray was a bit worse for wear and kitchen foil is not provided.

There’s not much to fault. It’s very beautifully decorated and stylish. The beds were very comfortable and nice bathrooms/shower facilities. The kitchen and terrace area are lovely for a family space.

The sound proofing could be improved. The upstairs accommodation weren’t excessively noisy but we could hear them easily. There is a stickiness to the rugs which is a bit odd.

This was a fabulous property to rent. If we go back to that area we will definitely hire this place again. Very easy access. Ideal to catch up with friends in the area overnight. Excellent facilities in the flat. Beautifully kitted out bathrooms and kitchen and little courtyard when the sun shines. Very quiet and peaceful, dont hear people above.

We couldnt get the electric charger to work for our car so had to find a local station for charging.

Excellent apartment, really beautifully decorated and equipped. Great location - 20 minutes walk into the town centre. It’s much bigger than the photos suggest, and would comfortably accommodate 3 couples. Parking is great - we were in Apartment 1 and three good off-road parking spaces allocated.

Property is well furnished with striking decoration and very clean.

Beds have the most flimsy, uncomfortable and cheap mattresses that I have ever experienced in over 40 years of paying for accommodation - we are not over-sensitive and have NEVER had a problem with bed quality before. Their "mattresses" consist of 4 inches of soft foam (NOT Memory Foam) and you can feel the hard wooden bed slats every time you move. The bed quality is probably the single most important aspect of a furnished holiday let, and we don't understand why you would spoil such a great property with such cheap and nasty mattresses. My wife and I both had terrible nights sleep on both nights and that really spoilt the weekend for us. We did complain to the manager and their disinterested response was that they use the same mattress in all of their properties and "get nothing but compliments about them". A quick review of the written feedback on this property shows at least 3 other comments about poor / uncomfortable mattresses so I do not believe or accept this response.

Such a beautiful apartment, and huge! So beautifully decorated and comfortable. Everything you need and on the doorstep to shops and a beautiful country park with woodland walks, children's playgrounds, cafe etc. Would 100% recommend

Luxury is right, what a beautiful space, the decor is fabulous and all mod cons. We chose it simply for the space and location but got a taste of luxury we don't normally have. Lovely to have the added touches of additional plastic kitchenware for young kids and board games making it family friendly. Great location, very close to play park, leisure centre and Yeovil centre. Lots of parking space, including an electric car charger. Lots included, like towels and cleaning products that often aren't included in self catering places, made packing a lot easier!

Unfortunately we had noisy upstairs neighbours who woke us up at 2am stomping around and talking so I can't quite give it the full 10 out of 10, although this is obviously not the owners fault. It would also be great to have one of the bedrooms have twin beds (or ones that can be connected or disconnected) to allow more flexibility for families, my boys shared a double bed but would have slept better in separate beds. The description states that it sleeps 6 but this requires 3 pairs sharing a bed each. Finally it would be good to install better ventilation as we found that a lot of the windows didn't open with it being ground floor but 5 people plus cold outside led to a lot of condensation on the windows.

Overall property setup was very nice. It was clean and very neatly presented property. I like the way it was a themed on Black, Copper and Grey them along with Dark Blue. The kitchen was nicely maintained and equipped with some utensils. Ample Parking for 3/4 cars

We (family of 4) had an absolutely wonderful long weekend stay at this gorgeous apartment. Spacious and immaculately clean, it was a real treat. The style throughout was modern and we loved the features/decor. Far far better than the local nearby hotels (in terms of what you get for your money) We would most definitely stay here again; it would make an excellent stop off for a few nights on route to Cornwall, or for exploring around the area (Yeovil country park is well worth a visit and it’s not too far from Stonehenge either) Parking spacious, and a 10/15 min stroll into Yeovil town centre. Wonderful!! 10/10

The property has been decorated to a very high standard, it’s very cosy and has everything you need. It is a very beautiful apartment.

The mattress on the double bed in the master bedroom wasn’t very comfortable however the other two beds were great.

Everything was perfect. absolutely fantastic apartment. Martin (the host) kindly arranged for a later check out which was very much appreciated.
