Eton House - Self Check-In, Ensuite Rooms & Self-Catering Studios

The property was very nice and serviceable, the micro/oven was very handy, as was free parking.

The only downside was the apartment smelt quite badly of cigarettes, but I appreciate this is somewhat out of the hosts’ control!

Very clean and well kept

Lots of door codes and self check in stuff. Rainfall shower and wet room bathroom, I hate having to mop the bathroom after a shower! Can't quite decide what it is. Larger room with a sink and microwave and fridge. Table for two. Single arm chair. Can only access bed from one side in room 8. TV over the side of the bed. Can't see it in bed, got to look across the bed to it from elsewhere in the room. Just a bit odd really. Not cleaned daily, no new towels etc. All the pain of a hotel, noise, people coming and going at all hours without the food bits of a hotel, staff ,daily clean, food bar etc.

I especially liked the complimentary gym. Great for breaking the stress

Only the fact I’d have liked to have stayed longer but sadly had to get home :(

Good location. Stylish looking rooms and a very competitive price. Private car park. Comfy bed

Lack of convenient power sockets. Noisy fridge next to the bed and water pipes burbling and dripping all kept me awake. No staff but loads of scolding messages everywhere telling residents off. No cold water on day 3 so toilet would not flush and I couldn’t have a shower: scalding hot. Glad I wasn’t meeting clients that day.
