Beautiful apartment, lovely facilities but the bed was broken

The bed was awful, I don’t know If the bed is broken but we couldn’t sleep together as it sunk to the middle even when I lay near the edge I rolled into the middle

Lovely apartment in a great location
Online check in, codes for doors recieved promptly. The apartment was spacious, cleaning standards were high. Has all the facilities needed, lots of lighting options. Well decorated, good location, free easy access parking. Good views and a lovely park accessible by a path just a couple hundred feet down the road, note though that there's no lighting in the park if your planning on taking a late night stroll. 20min walk to the leisure park, which can also be accessed from the park. 20min walk to Westlands Entertainment Venue.
Nothing major, only very minor things, we were very satisfied and the points below wouldn't put us off staying again. No easy access on/off switch for the lamps beside the bed, if you need light in the night you have to find your way to the multi light switch by the door which also controls the lamps, there is a small push switch up in shade right by the bulb but its very fiddly and hard to locate in the dark without making alot of noise. Dusty plug in fan provided in wardrobe, though it wasn't needed during our stay. Shower was clean but appearence wise it could be improved. Some of the sealant needs replacing and the shower head could do with a being removed and descaled. We messaged the mobile contact number provided in the guest information folder but recieved no response during our 5 night stay, however we quickly resolved the issue ourselves so didn't chase them up on this.

Gorgeous apartment
Beautifully kept apartment. Very clean, modern and well kept. Comfortable. Sofa bed comfortable and good shower. Immaculate kitchen with new appliances.
Mattress was comfortable but rolled towards the middle.

We would of like some milk for our coffee. If you are providing the coffee pods I feel you could provide the milk ones but this was very minor
