LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This property is directly across the street from a park, and you can see the lake from the window. The home is modern and had wifi.
The refrigerator had debris and spills in it. Therefore, we had to clean it before using it. Also, we did not use the outdoor furniture because, a few of the chairs had large spider webs on them (front and back). Booking.com responded quickly, but the host was impossible to reach. We tried via email, and telephone. We even left a message and never received a response.

Location was great! One block from Lake Erie. Beautiful Park across the street. Kitchen was well furnished. House was very livable and very clean. Nice front porch.

New construction, comfortable beds and furniture, cozy fireplace. Convenient location close to area attractions. Park directly across the street.
Fees make it a little pricey, but still worth it for an entire home. Adding a Keurig would be a nice touch.
