Can-Carma El Conserje

Muy bien ubicado, céntrico y cerca de todo, zona comercial y puerto. Es muy amplio y muy cómodo. El personal nos atendió fenomenal por wassap y nos dio todas las instrucciones para facilitarnos la estancia.

Uno de los baños tiene bañera y no hay mampara o cortina así que es complicado ducharse en él, pero el otro tiene una ducha muy cómoda por lo que no es problema.

Íbamos a un evento deportivo y estaba muy bien ubicado

El aire acondicionado estaba roto y chorreaba agua y nadie vino a verlo ni a repararlo

Being met with the keys would of been nicer

The apartment looked nice at first glance and had good potential, but unfortunately there were a number of issues that made our stay quite disappointing.

The biggest problem was that there was no hot water, which was a major inconvenience during our stay. The oven was also not working properly, and there was a noticeable lack of basic toilet and kitchen essentials that we would reasonably expect to be provided. The beds were uncomfortable, and the fan in one of the rooms was not working properly, making the room difficult to sleep in. We were also disappointed by the difference between the property advertised and what we actually experienced. The balconies were much smaller than expected and looked quite different from the photos, and the building itself also appeared different from the building shown in the listing pictures. This gave us the impression that the property was not accurately represented in the listing. Overall, while the apartment itself was nice-looking, the number of practical issues and the discrepancies between the advertisement and the actual property significantly affected our stay. We expected a much better standard based on the Booking.com listing.
