Studio 28m2 avec parking privé - Lycée Roosevelt - Arena - Gare

The apartment is great. Equipped well and well thought out with all amenities we needed. Parking is excellent. Close by and safe behind a roller door.

Owner/manager has no interpersonal skills. No communication offered except initial message. We arrived with no idea how to get in, waiting for him to finally arrive. We wondered if we had been scammed as another couple said they were renting the place (we didn’t know there was more than one apartment at the same place). His comment when I asked about communication was “well if you don’t read the original message that’s not my problem” and that “he didn’t have time to answer all questions”. A weird job to be in with this type of personality.

A very clean studio apartment great for a couple of nights Close to the main city area with secure parking

The apartment is located quite close to the central station and the city center, just 12-15 minutes relaxed walk. The street itself is very calm, almost no traffic. There is a supermarket and few bakeries close by. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival time, as well is the communication with the property owner was excellent.

Nothing.

Good location.

No air conditioning.
