Cozy hotel with picturesque view on waterfalls. Breakfast fat and tasty you get in your room. Helpfull staff — we arrived and couldn't find the hotel in darkness, staff helped us and explained how to find the hotel

The view at breakfast is great, the waterfalls and the surrounds are lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable.
Parking is up on the street, so luggage has be carried down stairs and then up again to the first floor. Accommodation is a bit out of town, so you need to have a car.

The setting of this accommodation is truly breathtaking – surrounded by nature, with beautiful waterfalls nearby and a unique, tranquil atmosphere that makes you feel like you've stepped into another world. The internet connection was surprisingly strong and stable, which was a big plus.
The architecture and environment give the place a lot of character, and it’s clear that great care has gone into creating something special here. However, one downside is that the property also operates as a restaurant open to the public. Because of this, the area around the accommodation was constantly busy with outside guests, which took away from the peaceful, relaxing experience we were hoping for.
If you’re looking for a beautiful, atmospheric place and don’t mind the lively environment, this could still be a great choice. Just be aware that it may not offer the quiet retreat some travelers are looking for.

It is in a beautiful location by the river, it is possible to walk to the lakes and to the center of Jajce. The breakfast was good one of the two mornings and I liked dinner enough that I ate there both evenings. My room, room six, was a corner room and spacious.
The main thing I didn't like was the parking. The parking situation is TERRIBLE, at least during high season! They have a parking lot but it is shared between their guests of the hotel and guests of the restaurant, and people parking and walking to the lakes. When I arrived, I mentioned I had to park on the street. The guy checking me in, who was quite rushed with dealing with the restaurant too, said okay. I took this as it being okay to park on the street. Many, many people were parked on the street. I tried to repark my car properly in the lot after dinner (around 10pm) but there was no room. I got a parking ticket from parking on the street over night. No warning from staff, no signs! I managed to find a spot in the morning (the only open spot I noticed until I left) and the staff then translated the ticket for me a told me how to pay. It wasn't much money but it did take time and I hate dealing with police, especially in a foreign country. I should not have to deal with police in relation to my hotel stay at all. Yes, most other reasons to deal with police would be worse, but still, I do not want to have to deal with cops at all. There were no other free parking areas close by so if the lot is full you're out of luck, enjoy that ticket! I was originally planning to drive and go to some further away places on my day in Jajce but I didn't dare move my car once I got a spot so I didn't see what I'd origianlly planned, Jajce itself is nice though. The hotel has 7 rooms and maybe 11 cars can fit in the lot if everyone parks well and none are oversized. Considering the restaurant is very popular, it is not enough. I would not recommend staying here if you have a car, at least in July & August. The location is inconvenient if you don't have a vehicle, so maybe only come if you're coming by bicycle, or a small group on motorcycles if you're visiting in the main season.
The breakfast my first morning was also lacking.
