It was clean bedroom and bathroom.
He gave us free breakfast (yoghurt and bread with jam & coffe).
It was easy to get on a local bus to the beach just a few streets away and only 15 min walk for bus to Sassari and walk to the old city.
It has a lot of potential but doesn't seem to be very well taken care of longer. It could be so much better but the kitchen is dirty and it smells much smoke in the common room so it gets a dirty feeling overall even though the bedroom and 1 of 2 bathrooms was well cleaned.
It seems like ppl are leaving permanently and they leave stuff and use one bathroom fully and it was dirty. Ppl came in long after midnight and slam the doors and whistle lound. For one night okay but not for 3...
Saftybox was looked in already so couldn't use it.
Too many keys, we tried many several times- easy for owner to organize and make better fast :)
