I think the water pump has a boiler instead of instant water heating and once, because our son spent too much time in the shower we had to wait for a bit for water to be hot again.

Cute, well-furnished and equipped apartment close to Nice

We were so glad we chose this apartment for our first stay on the French riviera. The location could not have been better. It was so easy each day to travel along the train line exploring everywhere from Cannes to Nice. We particularly enjoyed a walk around Cap d’Antibes, but make sure you also explore the historic pottery centre of Vallauris, just a short bus ride from the apartment. When not exploring nearby attractions, we loved being ‘at home’. The hosts have thought of everything to make a stay enjoyable and relaxing. We were able to cook, do the washing, sit on the balcony with a drink and admire the rooftops, pop out to the bakery or supermarket minutes away, just as you might if you lived there. The apartment is small but well designed. The heating was great, bed comfortable, strong wifi, well supplied kitchen, quiet at night… we can’t think of anything negative. We’d definitely like to return for a longer stay!

Very cute cozy apartamemg has everything you need for a family stay in the area

Clean , has everything we needed, close to all shops and beach , nice balcony, has dishwasher and laundry, enough space to dry clothes. Quiet street and not pound at night. Casino supermarket and bakery right next the apartment. Great coffee ma shines provide toilet paper

Air conditioner only in one room living room, gets hot in the bedroom, or too cold in the living room where ac is, mattress not really comfortable and not enough towels and blankets, elevator is a bit small but fits luggage. Hard to find parking but we managers somehow everyday. Needs new pan to cook ok.

Exceptional

Apartment is clean, bright and very well equipped (we did enjoy Netflix!) We were given detailed instructions on how to reach the house, where to park, how to get the keys. The staff is very helpful and forthcoming. Boh the train station and bus stop are very close, there are bakeries and markets nearby. It is really good value for the price, we definitely recommend. Had a great stay

great value on the Côte d’Azur

it was well equipped and clean. Included NETFLIX, and apartment was well laid out, providing basic food preparation and supplies. Lift access. communication with the owner was excellent. photos provide an honest indication of the apartment.

the king bed mattress was very hard, and thus caused discomfort. the property is actually managed by another booking site hence we needed to provide further identification, a process that was not made clear at the time. check in time was 5pm, but the owner was able to check us in at 3 pm after the clean had been completed.

The apartment was clean and really close to the train station and bus so it was easy to get around. The apartment was well equipped for most of my needs, with an air-conditioner included. I would definitely stay there again!!!

The apartment could provide additional linen to change especially if guests are staying more than one week. Just be aware of the late check-in time.

Bevor ich diese Unterkunft gebucht habe, habe ich die Bewertungen auf Booking.com gelesen und dachte sofort: Das passt perfekt zu mir. Während meines Aufenthalts hat sich bestätigt, dass die Bewertungen wirklich zutreffend waren. Ich wollte ein ruhiges, sauberes Haus in der Nähe des Meeres – und genau das habe ich bekommen. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau meinen Vorstellungen. Der Gastgeber hat meine Nachrichten freundlich und schnell beantwortet.

Beim Punkt „Komfort“ ziehe ich einen Punkt ab – der Grund dafür ist das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Es macht beim Liegen relativ viele Geräusche, und obwohl ich nur 1,78 m groß bin, haben meine Füße beim Schlafen über das Sofa hinausgeragt.

Nous avons eu un souci à l'arrivée pour ouvrir la porte du hall, mais nous avons appelé au numéro du contact reçu sur Whats App et tout c'est réglé très très rapidement. Très bien situé, en plein centre ville mais néanmoins l'appartement est très calme.
