Excellent from start to finish

The location was perfect. Kim the lovely lady who met us on arrival was friendly and amazingly helpful. The host was really good. The cleanliness, facilities was second to none. Will definitely be returning!!!!t

Great location, clean and well equipped apartment. The hamper was a great surprise and meant we had the basics from the moment we arrived. Kim was really helpful and friendly, big thanks! We would stay here again!

It was a lovely break away and the perfect property to stay in for a family.

Having 2 toilets in the property was a great idea and the facilities were second to none. Kim was the perfect host and we really appreciated the hamper on arrival, it was the perfect touch after a long journey.

The shower would have benefitted from a glass door to enter it to keep the water contained, unless a bath mat could be supplied. Also the bunk beds could do with being updated as the bed sides weren’t that high and the top bunk was, also they were a bit rickety.

Lovely flat right opposite the SPA. The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. Only tiny downside is the steps down to the flat (obv unavoidable) and the shower was a bit tired!

location was perfect for my need, the hosts was very friendly and accommodating, had beautiful views of the beach and ocean, hosts was more then happy to answer any questions or help with any needs

a laundry would of been great but definitely not a deal breaker, the entrance could of had some blinds or an awning as the sun (when it was out lol) shined throught the front door and windows a majority of the morning

We was Greeted by a lovely lady when we arrived gave us fresh bread milk and everything else we needed after a long journey the apartment was modernised very clean and spacious probably one of the best we have stayed in right on the sea front too Wi-Fi big tv sky even fresh coffee pods it was slightly higher in price than some apartments in the area but definitely worth the extra we didn’t want to leave l will be booking with them again highly recommend 5* you will not be disappointed if you stay here thank you

Fantastic location in a lovely seaside flat, a home away from home. Thankyou

The flat was a perfect place for a family. It had everything you needed, good sized comfy bedrooms, folded table, kitchen, comfy sitting room. Everything was clean and the place was so quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect - right on the front inbetween north and south beach. Perfect for a family. But most of all Kim the host was very friendly and helpful, a lovely kind lady. I would recommend this place highly for families,couples, friends. There was also a little essentials food hamper which I thought was a really nice touch.

Thank you,had a brilliant time,the flat was lovely and clean .Kim the owner provided a fresh loaf ,milk and butter in the fridge .We checked in early at 10.45 am as well.The location was perfect,handy for everything.

Cant get a better Location. Short walk to south beach, can see it from the property and right distance from amusements. Surprise welcome hamper of bread, milk, butter, tea and coffee on arrival. Well thought out property in terms of facilities. It has 2 toilets one with shower and the other with a sink, great place for little family. The photos doesn't give the place justice, I would definitely stay again. Had good WiFi signal and sky box. Well pleased with my stay here.

Great location, fantastic family flat

Comfortable, clean and a perfect location for seeing all the sites. The parking permit was a real bonus too, we had no problem getting a space outside. The welcome basket was a nice touch and Kim was very friendly and welcoming.

Friendly and helpful on checkin, everything we needed, with well equipped kitchen , hamper of essentials provided on arrival. Lovely central position makes it easy to come and go throughout the day, plenty of amenities close by. The street is quiet and close to the spa and harbour. Kids enjoyed the free WiFi and we watched a couple of films from the good selection of dvds

Southbay - Great accommodation and location.

A great location - very near to the beach, harbour, The Spa and town centre. The flat is very clean and the facilities are good. We were greeted by our lovely host, Kim and she even provided us with a welcome basket of goodies which was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again.

The flat was lovely, spacious, cosy and clean. Perfect amenities for a family of 6. The welcome basket was gratefully received, especially as we hadn't yet had chance to buy milk etc, very thoughtful. The host was very accommodating and down to earth, a lovely lady. Clean flat with fresh carpets and comfortable beds. Flat has 2 toilets, which is excellent when staying with family. The overall layout of the flat is great and is very practical. Parking permits were sorted by the hosts, check in and check out was really easy and well managed. Had no issues with parking or finding a spot (as is more off season at the moment). Located close/ walking distance to seaside/shops/restaurants/takeaways. Short walk to the leisure centre (great for swimming/fitness classes). Dvds available with some children friendly classics. Towels provided on arrival and a lovely welcome pack (bread, milk, tea, juice, sugar, butter, jam, cereals etc.). Excellent communication provided by the hosts.

Comfortable apartment, close to the shops and beach

Steps down to the apartment are a little steep, especially at night when it's dark, wish we had been told to bring your own towels, had to go and get these.
