Excellent stay in Turin

Easy to enter, easy to stay. Warm, cosy and a good location, close to the bus line. Owners made it very easy to enter. We stayed over for 2 night also with 2 toddlers.

Maybe colour code the keys, to make it easier to find the right key, as there are many keys. I would have liked some more of coffee and teas, as there was not much start with.

L'alloggio è accogliente e pulito, ben arredato e accessoriato di tutto quello che serve. Per chi conosce la zona il posto auto in cortile chiuso è impagabile!!!

PREZZO : molto esagerato rispetto a strutture simili ordinate da amici - ARREDI : vetusti,odore di "vecchio" entrando - INFISSI : mal funzionanti e molto vecchi (soprattutto quelli esterni) - IGIENE : scarafaggi !!!!! IN BAGNO - Ma la cosa piu' brutta (non tanto per la cifra in se' ....) è questa : su un tavolo era presente un messaggio in cui si chiedevano 15,00 euro da lasciare (in contanti ) sullo stesso tavolo...per costi di servizio ( RICHIESTI DA BOOKING.COM !!! a loro dire....). Costi regolarmente pagati all'atto della sottoscrizione del contratto. Ho scritto a loro chiedendo spiegazioni,aspetto ancora una risposta. Posso allegare a dimostrazione,la foto della richiesta,e della fattura/contratto,in cui si vede chiaramente il pagamento gia' effettuato. Grazie,mi sembrava doveroso segnalarvelo per la vostra credibilita' .

Per chi deve andare a Torino centro è consigliato avere un mezzo, o prendere la metro li vicino.
