Apartment is very clean, and utensils were new, parking around the building was possible, in terms of location it is close to supermarkets and restaurants
Upon arrival the application by which the door should open didn't work, we had to ring randomly on neighbors to open for the us the door, luckily my wife is Italian and managed to take to the neighbors. After check in, the hosts stops relying to your messages/questions. They say that there is an A/C, the problem is that the A/C is only installed in the living room, the bedroom temperature reached 29.5C and we couldn't sleep, last night i went to buy a fan which helped. The lack of communication with the hosts was disappointing. Although there is an elevator, there are a number of steps to reach there, so not recommended if you have a stroller like us or someone using a wheel chair.

Bună zona, ok apartamentul
Apartamentul este încăpător, bucătăria este utilată, prosoape albe bune, fier de călcat, uscător de păr. Aproape de gura de metrou (aprox 7 min de mers pe jos), de stația de autobuz (5 min de mers pe jos). Ușile de la intrarea in bloc si in apartament se deschid cu telefonul, nu stai cu teama că pierzi cheia.
Dacă desfaci canapeaua din sufragerie nu mai poți să deschizi ușa de la intrare (canapeaua blochează parțial ușa), deci dacă vrei să ieși pe ușa trebuie să strângi canapeaua. Farfurii puține, niciun ibric, am cumpărat sare, zahăr, detergent de vase, gel de duș, hârtie igienică, detergent pt mașina de spălat. Fără perdele la geamuri, doar storuri. Frig in apartament.

Ottima posizione, casa accogliente
Posizione strategica tra due fermate della metro (Fermi e Paradiso) per arrivare comodamente a Torino centro. Casa accogliente, appartamento al 4 piano servito da ascensore. Nessuno schiamazzo notturno, posto tranquillo.
Un po’ troppa polvere dietro la spalliera del letto mi ha causato un po’ di tosse notturna.

Paradiso relativo
Il check-in è stato molto semplice e anche la chiave sul cellulare è stata pratica. Comodo il kit con spugne e detersivi. L'appartamento è spazioso e il balcone interessante, anche se non abbiamo potuto usarlo essendo brutto tempo. La fermata della metro è a sette minuti a piedi.
Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento freddo e il bagno era stato pulito con approssimazione (cestino non svuotato, impronte di dispenser sul bidet).. Il divano letto è in una posizione infelice e una volta aperto, da un lato è praticamente inaccessibile perché vicino alla parete su cui c'è l'estintore; inoltre arriva davanti al portoncino di ingresso, limitandone l'apertura. Al nostro arrivo, nonostante avessimo prenotato per tre persone, era da rifare e i cuscini e la biancheria da letto non solo non erano in vista, ma erano riposti in più armadi in diverse stanze.

Alloggio bello grande e ben attrezzato. Pulizia molto buona. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro città con i mezzi pubblici. Aria condizionata e bel balcone. Lavatrice e lavastoviglie a disposizione. Comodo il check-in tramite cellulare/PC.
