The property is very close to the park and stores Very nice location,

Im upset about how the front desk staff treat my friend, i already made message to the hotel that he is a famous vloger/comedian in Dubai, they are not so polite when he ask for extra person in the room. But then again they like the location of the hotel

The location of the building is right between SM shopping mall and Session street, verry convenient. You can walk everything in the center. Shower is hót with proper water pressure.

In our opinion the apartment should have a sweep of unused items and broken furniture should be replaced. A lot of things are taped up and a lot of stuff is laying around in bags. Together with the stuff that makes the apartment the Cozyminium, it felt like there was not enough space for our own stuff anymore. Bathroom should have a deep clean, there is mold on the walls.

1. If you are looking for a budget-friendly place for a short stay, this one is for you. 2. The place is accessible to most of the city’s famous landmarks, which is great because you can save on fare or transportation costs.

If you are traveling as a group (5 or more people), I would not recommend this place, as it is not spacious enough to accommodate a large group. If you are a neat-freak or an OC type of person, you should skip this place for the following reasons: 1. The comfort room is not clean (except for the toilet bowl). There were molds on the shower, on the shower curtain, and on the walls. 2. The bed’s footboard is cracked. 3. There is no free drinking water. 4. There is no electric stove you can use if you want to cook, although they do provide a rice cooker and an electric kettle. 5. We could smell a slight foul odor, but we couldn’t identify where it was coming from. 6. If you want a minimalist type of place, this is not ideal for you since the owner seems to love having a lot of décor, which makes the place feel overcrowded. 7. The bedsheets and pillowcases look clean but don’t feel comfortable.
