I truly loved the hospitality of the staff at Azalea. From the moment we arrived, they opened the door for us and greeted us with a warm smile—even in the morning. They are truly the perfect definition of Filipino hospitality. Everyone was professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Everything went smoothly, and their kindness made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. More than anything, it was the people who made our experience at Azalea truly special.
One area that I think could still be improved is the bathroom. During my stay, I noticed some dirt and a few strands of hair in the shower area. I hope the housekeeping team can pay a little more attention to these details and ensure that the bathroom and toilet are thoroughly cleaned before each guest arrives. Overall, my stay was wonderful, but making the bathroom completely spotless and flawless would make the experience even better.

The location is pretty close to the central part of Baguio. And all staff were very nice and friendly and willing to help whenever they can.
The room was outdated and fixtures and lighting were old or dirty.

The staff are very nice and respectful… very accommodating.
The smoking policy was not discussed upon check-in. Then we got a penalty of 3000php. We paid for it anyway coz it was our fault. I suggest that there should be warning signs in each room to include the penalty, not just the law itself coz people will not have time to read the whole of that anyway…
