The host didn’t explain how to get the keys when we got there. Lobby guards were very unfriendly. Towels provided smells as well as the sheets and blankets in the master bedroom.

Unit is old and not well-maintained. On the first day, I found a dead cockroach in one of the rooms. Toilet needed a good clean with bleach and some scrubbing as there were some yellow and black stains in the tiles. On the 2nd day of our stay, I could not help but clean the toilet, it was just unacceptable. The drain in the shower was very slow. We also had trouble with the hot shower a few times but the staff were able to address that. At one point, the wifi was not working but staff were able to address that too. The room with the double bed had an uncomfortable bed/foam. The day & night blinds in the other room needs to be changed, it was falling apart and the room gets too bright during the early hours of the morning. The whole unit needed a good clean, a good wipe down, some of the shelves were dusty. The whole building is in a busy area so expect outside noise even at night.
