The surrounding area. The size of the studio.
The lack of windows (only one), because the apartment was kinda in the basement. The kitchen was not very well equipped. The place was very dusty.

good location. good connectivity to the city center by public transport. Ease of check-in and check out due to Clear instructions. Flexibility for check-in time.
Lack of privacy because of a wooden balcony-cum-walking path outside the only window of the studio. Once realized that couple of children trying to peek inside through a closed curtain. But I believe it can be corrected in the future. Less floor space because of too many facilities like laundry/desktop computer.

Everything basic that I needed was available.
It was a very tiny room. Also, the room became very hot and a bit smelly.
