I was extremely disappointed and lost time. Also see a lie in the host's answer.

I had a very negative experience with this property. Despite confirming my arrival time, the host was late and unresponsive. When he finally appeared, he was extremely rude, dismissively stating, "This is not a hotel for you," before walking away without offering any help. I was left unable to check in and felt completely disrespected. Based on this encounter, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Update: I was disappointed to read the host’s response, as it contains several inaccuracies. At no point was I disrespectful, offensive, or aggressive. I did not raise my voice or make any threatening gestures. My expectation was simply to check in at the agreed-upon time, but the host arrived late and was unresponsive. When he finally showed up, his behavior was dismissive and rude, leaving me without access to the property. I stand by my original feedback regarding the negative experience, and I believe it’s important for future guests to be aware of my encounter. My goal is to share an honest and accurate account, and I hope other travelers have a better experience in the future.

Superb

Very good location with bus connections everywhere right in front of the apartment, 10 minutes to City Center. Supermarket for necessities, pharmacy, bakery all within 50 meters walking distance from the apartment. Had everything that is required for a longer stay. We would book it again.

The owner canceled our stay a few hours befor we arrived. We were already on our way and we had a real problem finding another accomodation in such a short period.
