The location is in quite part of Novi Sad

The entrance metal gate is located directly under the apartment. if you are a light sleeper, there is a risk that people coming and going will disturb your sleep

Overall our worst stay ever. I would never return and recomend this host and place.

The location is fine, like 30 mins from the center if you walk. Unfortunately the apartment is on very busy boulevard. It is very noisy, not only that, but the whole building is very loud. You can hear the neighbours all the time, the elevator too. I could not sleep at all. Our baby was awakened from the noise in the middle of the night. The kitchen supplies were old and in very bad shape. They were rusty. I could barely find something to warm my baby’s food. The floor was not clean. You wouldn’t notice if you are not with a baby. But we were, and he craws everywhere. His clothes got dirty. I wiped part of the floor to see if it’s dirty and the mop was black. I would recommend to use cleaning agent next time. At least when they know the guests are with baby, an extra effort can be made. In the morning when we were leaving, i told the host we are leaving and where are the money for our stay. He asked if all was good. I shared with him all of the above. He apologised and at first suggested if we are not satisfied not to pay. I agreed and told him we’ll take the money and go. I did not have internet on my phone outside the apartment. So we went to a close by coffee shop. He started calling me, but I couldn’t pick up. Serbia is outside EU, and the charges are huge. I connected to wifi in the coffee place we were, which is like 5-6 mins from the apartment. Told him where we are, he said he is in the apartment and he will wait for us there. He wanted for us to show him what was dirty and why we are not happy, because he believes his cleaning lady and with this money he is feeding his family. To be honest this is not something we wanted to do on our vacation. Our car was at the apartment and I told him we are coming back to give him his money and take our car. When we got there he wanted for us to come upstairs. Then he started to nonstop talk how he believes to his cleaning lady, that it wasn’t about the money, that we wouldn’t be able to find any cleaner place.

Kvalitetan apartman

Brz dogovor, bez problema smo produžili boravak. Komunikacija odlična, Danilo ljubazan i profesionalan. Odlična lokacija i najvažnije obezbeđen parking. Apartman Alacaster je smješten u odličnom dijelu Novog Sada. Nalazi se u mirnijoj zoni, ali i dalje dovoljno blizu centru grada, što ga čini pogodnim za šetnje i istraživanje. Apartman je prostran, moderan i dobro opremljen. Dnevni boravak je udoban, a kuhinja je opremljena svim osnovnim stvarima koje su vam potrebne za kraći boravak. Klima uređaj je funkcionirao savršeno, što je bilo ključno za ljetne temperature. Takođe, Wi-Fi je bio stabilan i brz, što je bilo od pomoći za rad i zabavu. Čistoća apartmana je na visokom nivou, što je uvijek veliki plus. Svi prostori su bili uredni i spremni za naš dolazak, a postavljanje i organizacija apartmana su prilično praktični.

Iako smo generalno bili zadovoljni, postoje neki nedostaci. Kreveti u spavaćoj sobi su bili poprilično tvrdi, što nije bilo baš najudobnije za duži boravak. Bilo bi sjajno kada bi domaćini razmotrili zamjenu madraca ili posteljine, jer su jastuci i pokrivači djelovali dosta istrošeno. Još jedan problem su prozori bez komarnika, što je dovelo do toga da smo imali nekoliko nepoželjnih posetilaca – komaraca i mušica, naročito tokom večeri. Takođe, balkon nije bio najbolje održavan; bilo je malo prljavštine, pa smo izbjegavali koristiti terasu, iako bi bilo prijatno da je bila u boljem stanju. Sveukupno, apartman je bio solidan, ali uz nekoliko manjih poboljšanja, mogao bi biti puno bolji i udobniji za goste.
