The staff were exceptional. Kadek a bellboy at the hotel who also led the cycling activity deserves particular recognition.

Some of the meals lacked a bit of finesse.

Satrya was very kind with us and guided us to our room and made sure that we are comfortable and enjoying our experience. We spent a lot of time by the pool and by the restaurant and all the staff was very kind and always accommodating. We had an incident with our room and they immediately changed our room which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is just amazing. Waking up in the morning with the jungle next to you just makes you disconnect from reality.

The initial room we were in there were spaces between the windows and the wall which gave the sensation the cabin was not finished. We also would have preferred to have a tour of the entire place because it is so big and beautiful.

The staff were really friendly. It is a great location to experience the Bali forests and nature.

Morning breakfast was a little short on options for vegetarians. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

The breakfast was perfect. A mixture of delicious mains where we can choose from, juices, fruit platter, bread basket, tea & coffee. We have our breakfast daily on our balcony overlooking the jungle. Everything is just perfect here. The staff here are all so friendly and serve with a genuine smile. We can feel they genuinely love to help their guests. Everyone of them represents the top notch hospitality of the resort. Also to highlight Adi that we met at the reception a few times who always carries his most genuine smile and patient in taking care for all our needs. He also remember my name as I called to the reception requesting for something. Definitely worth a praise for his kind and good service! As for the property, this is truly a gem! My husband loves this place so much as he has his spirit restored in this place after a lot of business travelings. We also enjoy the spa pool within our room. Thanks so much for the team to make our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Although we stay near to the jungle and it's normal that there are bugs and insects. These doesn't bother us too much as we're given a mosquito coil and electric mosquito repellant and a mosquito net on our bed. I can say that every details are fully taken care of to provide their guests a wonderful stay here.

We realized our opened bathroom is accessible from outside if someone is slightly taller. This is due to the road terrain is higher that causes the bathroom wall to become lower. And there is not enough plants covering the opened bathroom thus, we feel it's a little insecure with this opened bathroom.
