Honestly, I can’t think of a better place to switch off and remember what joy feels like. Pranama sits deep in the valley — easy enough to get around, but you won’t hear a single car — and you’re wrapped in green the whole time, like staying inside a rainforest. The spa deserves its own review: the massages are heavenly. We managed four in three nights, and I regret nothing. Staff are super cute and welcoming, I think if we ever come back to Ubud area, this is where we’ll make home again.

Food could be upskilled a little

It’s inside the jungle, beautiful and amazing view just outside the room. The rooms with the private pool are amazing. The staff is amazing and helpful! Thanks for that

It’s a bit isolated so you have to be prepared to stay there or take a grab to go anywhere. The food in the restaurant is ok but not more than that.

I booked a 2 bedroom unit based on the pictures on the website. They gave me a 2 bedroom unit yes but far from what I saw in the pictures! Very disappointed and no one did anything about it. Food can definitely be better there especially that delivery options are very far. Almost lost my flight back because they “forgot” I booked two way ride to airport. Wifi at the facility is horrible. I honestly didn’t feel I was dealing with professionals. They are very kind and nice people but below expectations.
