Nandini is set in such a lush and tranquil location, it was an instant feeling of peace as soon as we arrived. The room and facilities were all fantastic and the staff just wonderful. Everyone looked after us so well, especially Tirta but also Nupitah, Oka, Eka and Mulia (I hope I have all the names right!!!). The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed all the lovely inclusions like yoga, afternoon tea, and the shuttle service into Ubud. The spa treatments were also fantastic in such a beautiful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The location is around two and a half hours from the airport. The area is pleasant, with good street shopping nearby like 35 mints by car or taxi. The pool was good. The jacuzzi was not working. Spa services were available and were average. There is one restaurant, and the food was decent.
Room cleaning was below average. The bed sheets and mattress were old. The worst issue was the air conditioning. I reported it several times, but no action was taken and it was not fixed.
