Appartement très bien placé à proximité d'une station de métro, du Vatican dans une rue calme. Les lits sont confortables et vous avez tout le nécessaire pour faire vos repas. Enfin, la gentillesse de la propriétaire qui nous a indiqué plusieurs lieux sympa à voir.

Para mí hubo un problema tremendo y es que el día en que llegamos, sábado noche, y al día siguiente no funcionó el ascensor, me cuesta pensar que una ciudad como Roma no tenga un servicio de asistencia de 24 horas, tengo una discapacidad y subir a un quinto sin ascensor me provocó fuertes dolores y tuve que incluso llamar al médico. El apartamento muy cómodo, bien situado, limpio y el personal muy amable, el lunes se preocuparon de que arreglaran el ascensor a primera hora.

El problema del ascensor debió arreglarse antes.

it is unbelievable that the capacity of the water tank is only 80L, which would only be able to supply hot water for an approximately 10-minutes shower. Grateful to the check-in reminder provided by the staff, one should always remember to switch on the water tank so that it would keep heating up the water whilst you are in the shower. But anyway, another useful hint is that one should be ready to keep their shower short enough to around 5 minutes, so that your friend would be able to enjoy the rest of the 5-minutes shower before both of you get a cold (which I did). the radiator is not available (not that it is not working, but unavailable) for use. Whilst it remains uncertain as to the standard of “good temperature”, I was told that the radiator was not available due to “spring session and good temperature” and at the same time, the temperature at night went below 10 degree and it was raining outside. The facilities, tools and electronic devices in the apartment are meant to be used when needed and should never be forcefully made unavailable due to the alleged “spring session and good temperature”, especially when one has already paid the rent.
