Adriana is the best! If it weren't for her, the stay could have been a problem. All the staff proved to be fun and accommodating!! The apartment is very large. Beds are comfortable Easy free parking in the lot just down the street. Good restaurant upstairs. We loved our stay and stayed two nights but cannot say it was for the accommodation.

The reservation messages asking about parking and arrival time to the hotel were not acknowledged and they never answered the phone number provided to us or Booking.com customer service . We arrived at 19:45 and they didn't have the apartment ready. Adriana quickly went to clean and prepare. This is not an apartment with function of the kitchen no cooking utensils, but it didn't matter as there is not any gas to the stove; the oven works however. No glasses either. They have an Italian coffee maker but without gas for the stove you can't use it. We thankfully have an electric kettle with us. The shower does not stay in position to use properly.. So don't try to wash long hair. The closet to hang close is for a person 2m or 6ft otherwise you have to stand on the bed to access...

Colazione fuori dalla struttura, presso un bar convenzionato non troppo vicino ma sicuramente stessi proprietari. Essendo la colazione per una camera di albergo, dovrebbero essere offerte più opzioni di scelta e un po meglio l'accoglienza...

Il troppo rumore che passa dalla porta di ferro della camera e il chiassoso vociferare poco prima delle 7 del mattino, provienente dalla vicina piazza dove c'è un bar.

Praticamente tutto, una vera sorpresa. La terrazza panoramica è strepitosa. Appartamento fantastico. Letto comodissimo, il top la musica anche in bagno.

Buon prezzo ma non si riposa..

Buona localizzazione e buon prezzo.

Posto molto rumoroso, sentivo dei muratori che lavoravano fino alle 22 di sera oltre che bambini che gridavano fino alle 24. La stanza non è insonorizzata, si sentiva tutti i passi e il rumore delle persone. Il gestore alle 22 di sera è venuto a bussare per ricevere il pagamento della stanza mentre cercavo di riposarmi, non mi è piaciuta la cosa visto che quando sono arrivata mi ha visto arrivare e non mi ha nemmeno salutato. La colazione non era compresa nella diaria come c’era scritto sulla prenotazione.

APPIEDATI SENZA CAMERA PRENOTATA

Arrivati alle 18:30, Piero il titolare ci ha comunicato che per un diguido di Booking la camera era già occupata. Ci ha fatto portare da suo figlio in cima al lese in altro suo albergo ma arrivato a piedi con borse e bagagli e cane annesso ci hanno riferito avere tutte le camere occupate salvo poi proporci camera con bagno in comune e senza aria condizionata rispetto a quella da noi prenotata in origine; abbiamo rifiutato e nessuno di e’ prodigato di proteggerci da alte parti. Alle 19:30 ovviamente no abbiamo trovato niente in zona, trovando camera con animali ammessi a 30 minuti di macchina da dove volevamo stare, serata compromessa e speso ovviamente di più. Se ci avessero avvisato prima avremo trovato sicuramente altri alloggi in zona. Molto molto poco professionale … riprotretto su altra struttura senza nemmeno avvisare lo staff dell’altro albergo , non avvisati e nemmeno informati di caratteristiche della camera con servizi molto inferiori rispetto a quello prenotato
