Confortable

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Budva, Kotor, and Sveti Stefan. The host was extremely nice. The apartment didn’t have a washing machine, but the host kindly did our laundry and gave it back to us.

In Montenegro, there is a mandatory tourist registration and a small tourist tax fee. We had to handle it ourselves, but it was very easy — just a 3-minute drive to the office and about 2 minutes for the registration.

Fine!

The location is at least OK. We were 12 people, all of them surprisingly happy. Clean, silent, "domestic" surroundings. it is "in the middle of nowhere", but a so pleasant nowhere! Close to a good beach, close to good restaurants. I have to admit, we visited only one of them: Sebelj. The host (a very nice guy, by the way) recommended it and he was right: The best veal and/or lamb "ispod saca" we ever ate.

A bit hard to find place. Attention: Googlemaps has a special love for a very narrow street. There is another one, much larger, which leads to the property. When we arrived, I couldn't read the access details (which the host kindly supplied in advance), but in the absence of net... I suggest to the host to post the precise location together with the reservation confirmation. I suggest to the guests to save that informations for offline use. After finding the wifi-code (which was, conveniently, placed in the rooms), everythig went very smooth.

Excellent value but out of the way location

It’s a full apartment. For the price it was excellent value. Spacious and bright. Balcony parking refrigerator kettle stove couch with extra bed possibilities. It has everything.

It’s really in the middle of nowhere. A small - very cement concentrated area off the main highway with a nearby supermarket or restaurant. It’s about 8km to Budva castle. So you must have transport! You are supposed to pay tourists tax yourself in Kotor. It was in the opposite direction to me and the road to Kotor in high season is hell. So the tourist department didn’t get their two euros from me. For the rest it was great.

There was absolutely no wi fi working for the entire stay of one week.The electricity was off in one of the evenings. Two nights we did not have water at all..overall, not a very good holiday for us.

Apartment was very clean and had a cozy atmosphere. It's quite hot in a day time but the A/C does its job perfectly. Separately would like to mark the host - a super nice guy who would go an extra mile just that you feel good in his apartment. Thank you! Definitely recommend a place to stay!

7 days in budva, in my opinion nest choice we could make regarding our stay

amazing apartment, all facilities somebody would need are included. clean, cozy and quiet. private parking was an amazing service! also the host was like an old friend you get to see after long time! hospitality 10/10. we’ve been 4 adults in a 2 bedroom apartment+living room. we had all we could need. we ate home daily atleast one meal and there is nothing we missed regarding the facilities. it is also really welcome for families with kids!. also nice terrace where you can spend time and have a drink

Superb

The apartment was very good, comfortable and clean. We had 2 balconies and view on mountains and garden. The owner is a great person. He recommended us best places to eat (food was great and not for all money of the world). The apartment is far away from Budva, but if you travel by car - that's a good place to stay. There is a great beach Jaz nearby (especially for children). Thanks a lot for the opportunity to stay in your apartment.

This is excellent location, near Jaz and Trstino beach. Very quiet and cozy, exceptional. Cleanliness is for 10+ with all the equipment. Host is so friendly, he woke up early in the morning to say goodbye. Definitely we will come again 😊😊😊

Consigliatissimo per posizione, tranquillità e comodità!

L’appartamento era molto pulito e fornito di tutto. Inoltre, aveva due terrazzini molto comodi per godersi un po’ di relax e tranquillità. La posizione è intermedia tra Kotor e Budva quindi ottima per evitare il traffico in uscita dalle due città. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a 2.5km ed è raggiungibile anche a piedi tramite la strada principale che ha il marciapiede. La zona è fornita da tutti i servizi (supermercati, poste, bar, ristorante, panetteria e ufficio turistico)

Abbiamo dovuto pagare la tassa di soggiorno all’ufficio del turismo in quanto non compresa nel prezzo della camera. L’ufficio era vicino, ma osserva degli orari non troppo comodi (8-15).

Un apartament excepțional.

Apartamentul este așa cum apare in poze. Este curat,cu o mini chicineta dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie, spațios. Într-o o zonă liniștită cu loc de parcare și wifi. Gazda foarte amabila ne-a furnizat toate informațiile necesare. Un loc unde ne- am simțit foarte bine și recomandam.

Nu este ceva care nu ne-a plăcut.
