The location is very good and convenient. 14min from Zuerich Airport and 10-12 min with Tram or Bus to Zurich Haupt Bahnhof and Town Centre. The house is a beautiful old village house renovated but adjacent to "Old Höngg" with Limmat vineyards etc. The facilities around are all in walking distance and good, including really good Restaurants and Pizzerias, Shopping is good, even nice bookstores and organic food shops.. I am sure you can have more luxury and more blingbling, but surely not for that money, not even close.

The room and the common spaces were super tidy and well equipped. It was a very pleasant stay.
The floor squeaks too much. It did not bother me too much because I was sleeping on the 1st floor but it could be an issue if there is another room downstairs on the ground floor below mine. Moreover, I needed to send my ID details twice because it seems that the first time I sent them, the guest house did not notice my email. Other than that, the stay was great.

It was easy to check in. At night it was quiet for sleeping. The bed was comfortable enough
There’s just one bathroom for all the rooms.
The floor was so terrible and loud and uneven that if you got up you immediately woke up partner
In the shower the showerhead was SO rotten it fell off
No knives/ baking Per in kitchen so essentially useless
