The rug on the room was dirty. The air condition was not working properly. Breakfast variety was poor. Scrabble eggs looks not from fresh eggs, orange juice Was extremely light. It was my first time staying in Switzerland, so I was a bit worried at first, but the room was spacious and clean for the price. The breakfast was well-prepared and satisfying. The location is also very convenient, so I definitely recommend it!

Nice hotel with tram nearby. Room was quite large and clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows suck! Please offer choices for pillows. Small fridge would have been nice. For cleanliness and comfort, it's a nice place to stay, maybe a little small compared to what I'm used to. Staff is friendly and helpful, including the breakfast staff. It's a short streetcar trip to an area with a lot of restaurants. The only issue was the staff forgot to give me the WiFi instructions when I checked in so I had to down because he seemed to be in a rush to explain by phone in English with a strong (non German) accent. After returning to my room, I found that the instructions were French. Careless and annoying but other than that, it was a nice hotel. One other thing is that 2 beds are singles and the 3rd is a cot, which might not be that comfortable for some.

This was a marvellous find for us, its just outside the Zurich but so easy to get to with the tram stop outside. The hotel is spotless and so well kept it a delight. The atmosphere is chilled and very quiet great for relaxing after a day of travelling or sightseeing. The staff were all very polite with great English to. Breakfast was a bit pricey 25CHF for buffet breakfast but food was lovely and you could eat all that you want. There is an Aldi just up the road so brilliant for getting some snacks for days out etc. A GREAT stay for us and we will be returning next time we are visiting the wonderful country os Switzerland!

When I arrived, the lady in the front desk was very professional and had a very good attitude. Explained everything with patience. The room were amazing. but when it came time to check out in the morning, the person at the front desk was very rude and impatient. what happened? Was that I parked my car in the garage I had to leave at 4 AM my car was parked in the garage which I was charged for it. When I left the garage. There was a bell to ring. I pressed it and it did not work so the gate wasn’t opening so I went inside. Told the person that the gate doesn’t open he told me he can’t do anything about it. He said in order to get to open I have to press the button. but I explained him. I pressed the button and it did not work. He was starting getting mad at me instead of helping me showing me exactly what to do I felt like helpless I had my kids with me I went back try it again to press the button. It did not work so I went back to the lobby to the front desk. Now he was really mad. Not a good feeling before you have to catch a flight thinking the gate will not open and you have a person not helping you. finally I pressed a few times and it worked I guess the button is not working properly, but my point is the person at the front desk made me feel like I did something wrong I left with a very bad feeling somebody working at a hotel front desk should have good attitude and help out their customers very bad. It’s my first time I’m leaving a review.

The location and surroundings were fine. Lots of dining options just a short walk away. The room was tidy but overall not very clean. The carpet and curtains had large stains and there were lots of discolored spots (dirt, scuff marks) on the walls and plastic light switches that I cleaned off myself upon arrival. The bedding and bathroom were both clean though.

Check in was easy, the front desk agent was friendly and helpful and gave us a great room. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the stadium Letzigrund for a football match. We were only steps away! It also had a very good breakfast buffet. Great place to stay!

Stayed here for a few days for work. Had a nasty flu and on my day off I was hoping to just chill in my room and watch television. More than half the channels weren’t working or said “No Signal” when i reported it the staff offered me to change room but still had same problem. They said they couldn’t get hold of technical staff to fix it.
