It had everything we needed including an iron, which was not mentioned. Full equipped kitchen, internet, parking, elevator. The place was smelling like new furniture and the cleanliness was exemplary. There was a washing machine on the balcony but we didn't use it. The parking system was good with a special garage in the basement with elevator nearby. The place is located exactly 5 min away from the marina and 3-4 minutes from the old city area (depending on where you like to go in the old city). There is a Coop supermarket nearby which was filled with fresh Italian food and drinks including fresh fish and seafood. Not that we coocked any because the prices at the local restaurants in October were more than ok. 5 euro for a margerita and 9 euro for the house pizza. 17 euro for pasta with sea food. Very nice restaurants. There are multiple beaches around Alghero, the famous Maria Pia north of the city, the Pelosa at 1 hour drive are two of the most famous ones. The City is great for a city break with the Italian, Mediterranean feel and the beautiful old city walls. The City is a quiet 50k person filled with relaxed 3rd age people living a healthy, not stressful life. I highly recommend the place and the city.

Very nice, pet-friendly stay. Clean, big terrace, parking garage. Good location -- supermarket, pizzeria, caffe, pharmacy, and park are all within 200m distance; 5-minute walk to the center.
