Clean apartment in a good and quiet neighborhood with secure parking. (Cash payment required!)
Great view. Good to know: The apartment is on the 6th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor. That means an additional 20 steps up. It wasn't a problem for us, but it's important to know. There's a great supermarket right around the corner. The Lucera restaurant is really nice.
Minor issues: We didn't like the huge, old, worn-out foosball table in the middle of the apartment. The space in front of the toilet is very small, so you have to use the toilet slightly sideways. (We're 175 cm tall). If you want to cook, it’s important to note, that there are only two small pots and one small wok in the kitchen.

Der Blick von der Terrasse und aus den Räumen ist zu jeder Zeit atemberaubend, die Lage ist Altstadtnah zu Fuß, und trotzdem ist man für Ausflüge sehr schnell raus aus der Stadt(SS292), gegenüber der Supermarkt hat mit Frischfisch, Wurst u. Käsetheke, sowie Fleisch aus eigner Verarbeitung alles was das Herz eines Hobbykochs begehrt! Aber auch die vielen guten Restaurants im Umkreis sind sehr zu empfehlen!
Pino ist ein toller Gastgeber, und der Parkplatz den er zu Verfügung stellt hervorragend

Die Lage war hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen, das Highlight ist sicherlich die Dachterasse mit Grill. Ein überdachter Parkplatz stand 150m entfernt zur Verfügung.
Der Vermieter spricht nur Italienisch und wir leider nicht, was die Verständigung etwas mühsam machte. Er war aber sehr nett, als Begrüßung lag im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Wasser und Weißwein 😊
Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein. Wir vermissten z.B. eine Käsereibe und einen großen Topf für Pasta - schließlich sind wir in Italien!
