We absolutely loved the location of the unit. Right on the oceanfront, with the most spectacular views. We could have stayed on that lanai forever. If I have only one complaint about the unit, it is about 3 feet away from where people wash he sand from their feet from the beach, granted it is separated by a fence and a bush, but you can hear people all hours of the day and night turning on that spigot and washing/showering, including loud kids. The public beach station is out of order so it seemed EVERYONE used that spigot. It could get a bit annoying, and takes away from what I thought would be a very private location, however it wouldn't turn me off from staying in this unit again, because the views are incredible. Too bad they can't build a brick wall instead of that picket fence.

The studio we rented was perfect for our needs. The unit was updated and clean. Great view from the porch and we loved listening to the waves all night. We will definitely check availability in the future.

Wonderful little ocean front condo. The description is certainly accurate. Very easy beach access. Could use some new light fixtures as the ocean air has pitted the existing with rust. Lots of activity off the Lanai as there is public beach access there and a shower for guests to clean the sand off. Would definitely stay here again.
