Welcome to Maui Oceanfront Views: Napili Point Unit C-22 is a two-story oceanfront condo in West Maui that features unobstructed ocean views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai, along with whale watching from your private lanai and snorkeling with giant sea turtles right outside your front door in Honokeana Cove. If you are looking for a relaxed Maui atmosphere in a low rise setting, you have found the right place. Napili Beach is a short walk away on the beachfront path or have breakfast or lunch at the famous Gazebo right next door. The condo layout includes full A/C, two private bedrooms and two full baths with granite countertops, wood blinds in the living room and master bedroom, a full washer and dryer, a new queen sofabed, and a fully electric retractable lanai sun shade. There is a fully equipped kitchen for easy home meals or oceanfront barbeques near both pools. Your stay will not be long enough after enjoying your morning coffee or your favorite cocktail hour beverage while watching the amazing Maui sunsets from your private lanai.

The host was very accommodating to work with before and during our stay. The sound of the waves and the view is spectacular. The condo had all the amenities we needed for a party of two. Lots of turtles in the cove to view off the lanai or snorkeling in the water. Access to the cove is over some rocks and is a challenge when the surf is high. Nice meals at Seahouse and Merriman’s. Kapalua trail nearby is a must. Parking for nonresidents is steep now, but allows access to other trailheads for the day.

The view is incredible and the place was ok. My son and husband are very sensitive to mold and they were coughing and congested while inside. There is a leak near the slider as the carpet was very wet after it rained and we had issues with the upstairs and downstairs toilets flushing.
