Wonderful stay, our only concern was amount of noise during late hours at the pool that is right across from unit.

We absolutely loved Napili Shores unit D230. It was the perfect choice for our week in paradise. The beach is amazing. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tub.
We had a couple maintenance issues upon arrival that were fixed immediately. The property management team was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
There was a broken flapper valve in the toilet, right after we arrived, and Chase came out and made sure the issue was resolved immediately. He even stop by the next day with some fishing essentials for my husband. Later in the week when we requested barbecue tools, they were on our kitchen table with approval to enter the unit before we even got back to the condo.
Thank you so much for making our week in Maui so wonderful. We will definitely return!

The unit itself is nice and great for two people. Cute decorations, comfortable bed and everything you would need in the kitchen. This unit is very close to the pool and can get LOUD, well into the evening and even after the posted "quiet hours". If you don't mind this, the room is in a nice location.
We had to contact the management company a few times about a few things. For the amount of money in "fees" we would have hoped for more. Two rolls of toilet paper for two people on a 10 day stay? Come on. Laundry room key did not work. Beach equipment not as described.
Overall a good stay.
