Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom, two bath property is an end unit, with large windows, and it is across the street from the town trolley bus stop. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, with a king, a queen and a bunkbed. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. I'd like to add one criticism. The place is very dark. Definitely needs more lighting.

Great layout and walking distance to the village. Didn't need to move our car all weekend. Perfect layout for a family of 4. The guest book had all the info you needed to get things in order quickly.
Only note, nice to have a wood fireplace if you like it, but if you have allergies or are sensitive to smoke smell, this might not be the place for you.

The condo was very clean and recently remodeled with all new kitchen appliances. Beds were very comfortable and the condo was well stocked with most all necessities. Condo is just a stones throw from the Village. Will stay there again.
